Our Admissions Director, Liz Mershon, is here to assist you and your family, to answer any questions or concerns you may have, and to serve as a guide through the process of entering treatment. Please call Liz at 866-511-HEAL (4325). She will arrange a phone interview with you and advise on next steps.

Upon completion of your initial interview with Liz, we will ask you to send us the Admission Application and an Intake Questionnaire. The Intake Questionnaire will be reviewed by our Clinical Director, and with your permission, we will contact your outpatient treatment professionals. Liz will then assist you with the timing of your medical evaluation, which is required before entering our program. Once this has been completed, we can advise you of an entry date.

Oliver-Pyatt Centers believe that a small, intimate environment is most effective for the treatment of eating disorders. Because of this, we treat a maximum of ten clients in our Comprehensive Program, and a maximum of eight clients in our Intensive Outpatient Programs. We have a limited number of slots, so it is important to start the admission process early. We look forward to partnering with you in this journey.
